18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
Last updated: May 2026
All visual content on DFP is computer-generated by AI models. No depiction of any actual human being engaged in actual sexual activity is hosted, produced, or distributed by DFP.
Exemption
Content that consists entirely of computer-generated images and that does not depict actual human beings is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 because no real person performed in, modeled for, or was photographed in connection with the production of the content.
User-uploaded source material
If you upload an image of yourself or another person to use as a source for a generation:
- You warrant the subject is at least 18 years old.
- You warrant you have explicit, informed consent from the subject.
- You are the producer and primary record-keeper for that source material per § 2257.
- DFP discards uploaded source material within 24 hours of the generation and does not maintain records of the original images.
Reporting
