Terms of Service

1. 18+ only

DFP generates explicit adult content. By using this site you confirm:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
• It is legal for you to view adult material where you live.
• You will not show this content to minors.

2. Content rules

By using DFP you agree NOT to:

• Upload images of any person under 18, real or fictional-but-styled-as-minor.
• Upload images of any person without that person's clear consent.
• Use generated content to harass, defame, blackmail, or impersonate anyone.
• Resell, redistribute, or train other AI models on outputs without our written permission.

Violations may result in account termination, refund forfeiture, and — for illegal content — referral to law enforcement.

3. Account & credits

• You receive 20 free credits when you sign up.
• Generation costs 13–18 credits depending on resolution.
• Credits are non-refundable once spent on a successful generation.
• If a generation fails for our reasons, credits are auto-refunded.

4. Payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency and are final. There is a 7-day refund window for unspent credits — email [email protected] from the email on the account.

5. Referral program

Earn 4 credits per signup using your referral link, plus 50 % of the revenue from paid plans those users buy, paid out in USDT on the network of your choice (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism). We process payouts after a $20 minimum balance.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 24/7 uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app.

7. Limitation of liability

Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect.
